Our mission is “to contribute to reducing the rates of avoidable and reversible blindness in the country, through social projects and high-quality surgical procedures at affordable prices and thus contribute to improving the quality of life of individuals and their families”

Our vision is is “a Nicaragua without needless blindness”. In order to achieve that we are committed to becoming the leading visual health alternative in the country providing integral and comprehensive ophthalmology center providing quality eye care services to the Nicaraguan population as a whole without exclusion.

We strive towards our mission and vision through institutional partnerships, both nationally and internationally, in order to reach the most neglected areas in the country. At the same time, try to offer quality services both the private and the social clinic. We offer our services on a sliding scale expecting that the private clinic subsidizes for the social clinic.
