We are excited to get together in-person in March, and in our planning we are preparing for the realities of the ongoing Covid-19 situation.

We are continually working closely with our partners in Dubai to ensure that we are planning a COVID-19 secure event.

Please ensure you are aware of the travel requirements from your departure country before preparing to travel. These change regularly, so we recommend checking both the guidelines in your departure country and Dubai as well as with your preferred airline.

Cancellation policy

We are keeping the global COVID-19 situation under regular review. Each country is at a different stage in the pandemic, however we will maintain a global perspective whilst ensuring we are planning as safe an event as possible.

For in-person delegates who are no longer able to attend the event in Dubai due to changes in COVID-19 in their own country or in Dubai, either full refunds or virtual event tickets and part refunds will be issued.
