Why The Kellogg Eye Center for International Ophthalmology (KECIO) joined IAPB…

“The Kellogg Eye Center, through its International Center (KECIO), seeks to be an academic leader in global ophthalmology. KECIO brings together faculty with a dedication to global ophthalmology from across the University of Michigan. We are now growing our engagement in global research, human resource development and health systems strengthening and feel that we can make an even greater contribution by working with IAPB and its other member organizations. We welcome the opportunity to be a part of discussions on the world stage, including at the annual Council of Members meeting, about how to more effectively and efficiently work toward eliminating avoidable and preventable blindness.”
