World Sight Day

World Sight Day focuses the world’s attention on the importance of eye care for all.

In 2024, together, we will inspire children to love their eyes and give parents, caregivers and schools the information they need to prioritise child eye health!

We know that vision impairment in children can severely impact education outcomes, contributing to lower socio-economic potential. Research tells us that children having access to, and being prescribed spectacles reduces their failing rates by 44%. It is knowledge like this that has led us to making this World Sight Day, one for children around the world.

As part of the Love Your Eyes campaign, World Sight Day is an important moment to advocate for accessible, available and affordable eye care for everyone by 2030. Join us!
