IMO’s goals are prevention, patient care and rehabilitation to allow patients to return to their daily social and productive activities as soon as possible.

IMO’s objectives are to prepare different cadre of eye health professionals with a public health vision and to allow them to replicate sustainable high quality models; to undertake high level research in ophthalmology and public health related topics to generate best practice and evidence-based policies.
