The Fred Hollows Foundation is taking the World Sight Day ā€œLove Your Eyesā€ theme to the workplaces, highlighting the economic impact of sight restoration and encouraging employers to make eye health a priority in the workplace.

The Foundation is taking World Sight Day to the workplace in the Philippines, by setting up a vision screening station for garment workers in central Manila.

In the Middle East, The Foundation will launch an awareness campaign about its world-first research on the economic return generated by through investments in eye health.

ā€œTransforming Lives: An Investment Case for Eye Healthā€ provides the evidence to support what we already know – that investing in eye health makes good economic sense.
