GoodVision Brazil – Renovatio

Renovatio (GoodVision Brazil), is a non-profit organization, is dedicated to enhancing access to high-quality eye health services at no cost to the most vulnerable populations. Our methodology encompasses screening, comprehensive ophthalmology consultations, donation of eyeglasses, referral of ocular pathologies to tertiary care, and active collaboration with key local governmental stakeholders for advocacy, increasing awareness around visual health and its access at multiple levels. Thus, our mission is to positively influence the visual health landscape, impacting lives by offering access and opportunities, especially to children in school age, tackling dropout rates in Brazil.

Since 2014, Renovatio has served more than 25 states in Brazil, as well as countries such as Haiti, India, and Mozambique, assisting over 400,000 individuals. The organization has offered over 150,000 specialized medical consultations and donated more than 108,000 pairs of eyeglasses.
