KnowTheGlow is thrilled to announce the launch of our Glow Awareness Campaign for Nepal and Tibet, shining a light on childhood blindness prevention and early detection of leukocoria – the “Glow” that can signal vision-threatening conditions.
Timed to coincide with the IAPB 2030 IN SIGHT LIVE Conference in Kathmandu, Nepal, this initiative aims to empower families, healthcare professionals, and communities with knowledge that can save children’s sight.
Early detection is key! A simple flash photograph can reveal the “Glow,” a potential sign of serious pediatric eye disease. Our new awareness materials, now available in Nepalese and Tibetan, will help spread this life-changing message across these regions.
