2030 ISL 3 things
1/1

The end of avoidable sight loss is within our grasp, and at 2030 IN SIGHT LIVE we will gain a deeper understanding of how to deliver on this ambition.

The challenge has changed. But the opportunity has never been greater. Join us at 2030 IN SIGHT LIVE to experience:

  1. A thought-provoking programme that builds on previous conversations and looks forward towards to 2030.

The 2030 IN SIGHT LIVE Singapore programme has been designed to do two things. Firstly, to build on conversations had in Dubai in 2022. We reviewed where we left off last year and designed sessions to push the conversations further and challenge the status quo. Secondly, action driven sessions with tangible outcomes. We scanned the current landscape and crafted a programme that strongly links the 2030 In Sight Strategy with inspiration and activation.

2. Unprecedented networking and socialising opportunities.

At IAPB, we are about connecting individuals and organisations, and 2030 IN SIGHT LIVE will always be a forum for making and strengthening those connections. We pride ourselves on bringing together colleagues from across the eye care sector and beyond to catch-up with long-time friends and colleagues and make new connections that could potentially fast-forward programmes and initiatives.

3. Inspiring, challenging and insightful speakers.

2030 IN SIGHT LIVE will gather more than 50 expert speakers from the fields of advocacy, activism, science, lessons in leadership change, public health and more. The event will feature keynotes, workshops and panel discussions where our speakers will delve into everything from business in action to global targets for eye health and accountability.

Across two days of programming, speakers include Ambassador Aubrey Webson, James Chen, Dr Caroline Casey, Professor Tin Aung, Jeff Todd, Sumran Yasmin, Associate Professor Daniel Ting, Babar Qureshi, Amanda Davis, Jacqui Ramke, Dr Khaleda Islam, Associate Professor Marcus Ang, Raghu Gullapalli, Heather Machin and many more.
