This year’s event for the first time ever will have in-person sessions in English and Spanish. All four event rooms on 26 & 27 June will have simultaneous translations from English to Spanish, and Spanish to English to ensure inclusive participation in all discussions.
Due to popular demand, once again we will also be releasing several Pre-recorded International Language Panels prior to the event. To watch last year’s pre-recorded International Language Panels please click here.
On 25 June, transportation will be arranged for all attendees of the Work Group Day from the Camino Real, Polanco to the Asociación para Evitar la Ceguera en México (APEC). The transportation schedule will be announced closer to the event and accessible to all participants.
Please note that transportation will not be provided on 26 or 27 June 2024. We’ve secured discounted accommodation rates at both the Camino Real, Polanco the host venue for our 全球 Event. Also, the Wyndham Garden 墨西哥 City Hotel, which is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the Camino Real, Polanco. We encourage delegates to take advantage of the preferential rates at these two hotels.
For delegates staying farther from the event venue, Public Transport and Uber is readily available in 墨西哥 City.
