Our mission is to champion the specialty and improve the health of those with eye conditions, and our organisational strategy is based around four aims:​​

  1. Drive excellence and best practice in all aspects of ophthalmology​
  2. Realise change through our leadership voice​
  3. Support learning and development across the specialty​
  4. Build a thriving and sustainable community in and around the College​
