Upcoming IAPB EMR Regional Meeting & 13th EMR Trachoma Alliance Meeting Announced for Riyadh

The International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness and the EMR Trachoma Alliance will jointly host their upcoming regional meetings in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

13th Meeting of the
EMR Trachoma Elimination Alliance on 13th December 2025

The IAPB EMR Regional Meeting will provide a platform for stakeholders to share best practices, explore innovative solutions, and strengthen partnerships to improve eye health outcomes throughout the region. Concurrently, the 13th EMR Trachoma Alliance Meeting will focus on the ongoing efforts to eliminate trachoma as a public health problem in line with the WHO 2030 targets.
