World Sight Day focuses the world’s attention on the importance of eye care and strives to inspire everyone, at every age and every stage, to Love Your Eyes. On Thursday, 9 October 2025, millions worldwide will celebrate World Sight Day, and as with every year, it’s the collective power of our sector that will make this year a success.

We invite you to join a World Sight Day briefing on Thursday 17 July, at either 8:00AM or 4:00 PM (BST) to understand more about this year’s theme, campaign activations and the resources available to help with your planning.

This meeting is an excellent opportunity to learn more about this year’s World Sight Day theme and activations that we encourage all IAPB members to get involved in.
