Tulsi Chanrai Foundation (TCF), established in 1992, is committed to ensuring that every Nigerian has access to quality primary health care, eye care, and safe drinking water. Guided by its vision and mission, TCF delivers impact nationwide through three flagship programs:

1. Mission for Vision: Eliminating avoidable blindness with over 210,000 free eye surgeries across centers in Abuja, Cross River, and Kebbi. The Abuja Eye Hospital, established in 2019, has provided nearly 500,000 outpatient visits and 55,977 surgeries, with 63% offered free to disadvantaged patients.

2. Mission for Primary Health: Strengthening PHC systems to reduce maternal and infant mortality. TCF has expanded facilities in Cross River from fewer than 200 to over 1,050, trained 5,000+ health workers, and currently serves 200,000+ people through hospitals and health posts in Kaduna, Adamawa, and Edo.3.Mission for Water: Providing sustainable access to safe drinking water by rehabilitating 8,600+ boreholes across 32 states and the FCT, in partnership with UNICEF, UN-Habitat, and government agencies, while promoting community sustainability and WASH in Schools.
