Following the success of the Women Leaders in Eye Health (WLEH) webinar series in May 2021 hosted by Women in Ophthalmology, Seva Foundation and Orbis, we received requests for continued networking and mentorship opportunities.
We are excited to introduce “Coffee Hour”, an informal coffee hour to continue to listen, learn and share with others around gender issues and challenges eye health professionals face. The 60 min sessions will be held throughout the year and are for those interested to ask questions and share experiences.
The February 10th session will include the following panelists: Drs. Sara Wester, Erin Shriver and Femida Kherani. The panelists will answer questions posed from the original webinar series or submitted in advance. This informal webinar format will allow for ample participation from all to share questions and make comments and encourages discussion among participants.
