We are delighted to announce a Live Event in Sydney, Australia to mark World Glaucoma Week, as part of our Focus on Glaucoma programme. We are partnering with Vision 2020 Australia to bring you an exciting set of speakers and new ideas around glaucoma.

The aim of the series is to generate excitement about innovations in glaucoma and look at glaucoma through a public health lens. This year’s Live Event, in the University of New South Wales’ (UNSW) iconic ‘Roundhouse’, brings together cross spectrum of the eye health sector – clinicians, researchers, public health people, and patient advocacy groups.

Themes include:

A focus on research & innovation in glaucoma – exciting developments in maintaining nerve health or restoring sight, early detection, post-COVID scenarios for care
Feature Australian research and innovation
Discuss cross-cutting themes: lived experience (consumer perspectives), equity
Q&A session with perspectives from the Western Pacific Region

The event will conclude with a light, supper reception at the Roundhouse Bar. Please register for catering purposes.
