The British Council for Prevention of Blindness logo/ Story: The British Council for Prevention of Blindness seeks trusteesThe British Council for Prevention of Blindness (BCPB) is seeking UK-based trustees for its Board. 

Trustees are required to attend three Board meetings per year in London and to participate in email discussions in between meetings. They will reimburse reasonable expenses.

They are particularly interested in people with experience in law, grant-making, strategic planning, charity governance and trusteeship with another charity

BCPB seeks to promote diversity and welcome applications from minority groups.

The British Council for Prevention of Blindness (BCPB) are a small niche charity focusing on providing grants for research and training to eliminate avoidable blindness in low and lower middle income countries, where the need is greatest.
