New Staff at IAPB

We are delighted to introduce Simon Darvill and Ella Wilkinson who have both recently joined IAPB. Simon as the new Head of External Communications and Ella as our Media and Digital Officer. Simon and Ella join us as part of Clearly’s highly anticipated merger into the IAPB.

Simon spent over 5 years working for British MPs before becoming Youth and Student Campaign Manager for the official remain campaign during the European Union referendum. Here he managed and led the organisation of all campaigns. He then went onto work at Inc. London, an agency providing senior counsel on all elements of strategy, marketing and communications. While at Inc. London, Simon assumed the role of Head of Campaigns and Events for Clearly. Simon holds a Politics degree from the University of Swansea.

Ella started her career in 2018 as a Communications and Campaign Executive at Inc. London. Here she assisted with the launch and execution of a variety of campaigns. These included: Made By Sport, the largest fundraising campaign ever undertaken for grassroots UK sport; Rising Phoenix, a Neftlix documentary detailing the history of the Paralympic movement; and at Clearly, where she supported the campaign’s creative execution, holding responsibility for the delivery of all digital campaigns. She was recently promoted to Campaigns and Digital Manager at Clearly. Ella holds a Liberal Arts (MA History) degree from the University of Exeter.
