Dr Adrian Hopkins, was awarded an MBE (Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) in Her Majesty the Queen’s Birthday Honours for 2014 which were announced recently. Dr Hopkins — Director, Mectizan Donation Programme and IAPB Trsutee — was honoured for his humanitarian services in Africa.
