Deep Eye Care Foundation (DECF)

Deep Eye Care Foundation (DECF) commenced its strenuous journey on 9th October, 2008 at Akkelpur, Darshona, Rangpur, Bangladesh, as a non-profitable, non-governmental, community based organisation.
